Send In Your Frame
Send in only your frame. Shogun stipples it to the package and texture you choose, with Cerakote available.
Who this is for
Customers sending in only a frame, also called a grip module. If you are sending a complete firearm, use Send In Your Firearm instead.
What Shogun does
Shogun works the frame you send: texturing, borders and undercuts, laser patterns and Shogun branding, depending on the package you choose. Cerakote can be added to the same order. The work permanently alters the frame.
Choose a package
Each package is an existing Shogun service. You choose your generation or model, texture and finish on its page, then check out.

The Katana
Recessed borders, single undercut with texturing, index points and lasered Shogun branding. The modifications vary by generation and model.

The Samurai
HD borders, double undercut with texturing, gas pedals and lasered Shogun branding, with polished or color-filled borders. The modifications vary by generation and model.

The Echelon
Fractal laser pattern on the side panels, Hyve laser pattern on the gas pedals and top of the grip, and Combat hand stippling on the straps and trigger guard index points. Black modules only. The price does not include a module.

The Nomad
A stippling package for Nomad Defense frames, in Combat or Shinobi texture.

What you choose

Texture
Chosen on the package page. The range depends on the package: the Nomad, for example, is offered in Combat or Shinobi.

Cerakote
Optional on every package: a single color, battleworn or an additional color, or a camo of three colors or more. You describe the colors you want in the order.

Your frame
Your generation or model, and your serial number where the package page asks for it.
Before you order
- Shogun does not offer stippling for Gen 6 frames.
- Lasered Shogun branding is available on black frames only, and the Echelon is for black modules only.
- Some newer Glock polymer cannot be lasered. See the FAQ for current guidance.

Pick the package that fits your frame and the grip you want.

Configure and check out
Select your options on the package page and place your order online.

Send in your frame
After checkout, Shogun will be in touch with shipping instructions. Send nothing before then.

Stippled and returned
Shogun completes the work and ships the frame back to you.
Shipping your frame
- Order first, and do not ship anything yet. Only customers who have placed an order with Shogun are accepted. Shogun will contact you to confirm your project details and provide shipping instructions before you send anything.
- Shogun prefers that shipments are sent through an FFL.
- Send it bubble-wrapped in an unmarked box, without a case. Do not ship it in its original packaging or in a gun bag of any kind.
- Do not send a handgun through the United States Postal Service.
- Return shipping is free with standard shipping. If you send a case, Shogun charges a $30 return fee. Additional fees apply for expedited or signature-required delivery.
