SHIPPING PROCESS
Please do not ship your gun in its original packaging or a gun bag of any kind. Send it in an unmarked box and be sure to properly wrap everything up. This keeps me from having to fill up my safe up with gun bags and gun cases. Thank you for understanding.
* We are a Type 07 FFL. This allows you to ship your firearm directly to us. However, this does not mean that we will do transfers and run background checks. Please do not send guns to us that you've purchased online elsewhere. Only customers who have placed an order with us and are sending their frame in for a service we provide will be accepted. Do not send your handgun through the United States Postal Service!!!
* Please package your frame/parts well. Wrap all items in bubble wrap, paper, etc so they aren’t damaged during travel.
* Return shipping to you is free with standard shipping. If you send your gun in a case, need expedited shipping or a signature required delivery method, additional fees will apply.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
I hereby consent to the modification of my Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame and understand that by doing so, the factory warranty may become void (See manufacturer's info for verification). Additionally, the modifications being performed will permanently alter the Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame and cannot be reversed. I understand that each instance of modification is unique due to the process in which the modification is applied. Shogun Customs reserves the right to refuse modification to your Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame should we deem that it should not be modified in its current condition.
These Terms & Conditions release Shogun Customs, any and all owners, presidents, co-owners, employees, subcontractors and staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur as a result of work or services performed. By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to hold Shogun Customs entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in modifying a firearm from its factory specifications. These risks include, but are not limited to, loss of factory warranty, financial loss, bodily harm or injuries including but not limited to death. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. By acknowledging the Terms & Conditions, I forfeit all rights to bring a lawsuit against Shogun Customs for work or services rendered. Any and all modifications are performed as Shogun Customs sees fit based upon their professional opinion and experience.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final on any and all frame work that has been completed on your firearm. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.
If you purchased an OEM frame/complete firearm from us as well as a reservation for stippling and decide to cancel your order before we start work on it, there will be a 15% restocking fee for that OEM frame/complete firearm and your reservation cost is non refundable. If we have already begun work on your firearm and you decide to cancel, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee for the cost of that firearm as well the cost for any work that has been done to the firearm.
Once we have shipped your OEM complete firearm, it is not eligible for a refund. If you would like to cancel your order for any physical products from us, you must do so before we ship it out in order to qualify for a cancellation. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return or exchange on goods that we sell other than stippling packages, cerakote, and other services performed on customer supplied items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept hazardous materials. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns (if applicable)
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. This includes any physical products such as, barrels, slides, parts kits, knives, etc that you purchase from us. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send an email informing you of your refund status. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please account for the time it takes to receive your item (depending on your shipping method), inspect and process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
