Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 25, 2026

Welcome to Shogun Customs. By accessing shoguncustoms.com, purchasing products, or requesting customization services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please review these terms before placing an order.

1. Products and Services

Shogun Customs offers firearm customization services, accessories, and related products.

Service availability may change depending on current workload, materials, inventory, and scheduling.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of a project. Shogun Customs may contact customers to confirm specifications, availability, compatibility, and other necessary information before beginning work.

2. Customization Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected firearm model, generation, customization options, colors, and additional services before checkout.

Customization selections must accurately reflect the firearm or components being provided.

Shogun Customs may contact customers if additional information is needed or if a requested configuration requires adjustment.

Some customization services require additional parts or components that are not included in the displayed service price. Any separately quoted charges will be communicated to the customer.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices shown in the Custom Work builder reflect the selected services and upgrades. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are calculated or disclosed during the ordering process, as appropriate.

Certain items, including Shogun-sourced frames or modules, may require a separate invoice and are not necessarily included in the builder subtotal.

Shogun Customs reserves the right to correct pricing or product-description errors and to contact customers before proceeding with an affected order.

4. Shipping Firearms and Components

Do not ship firearms, frames, slides, or other components immediately after placing an order.

Customers must wait until Shogun Customs confirms the project and provides shipping instructions.

When shipping is authorized:

  • Follow all instructions provided by Shogun Customs.

  • Use appropriate protective packaging.

  • Comply with applicable shipping carrier requirements and laws.

  • Do not include unnecessary cases, bags, or accessories.

Shogun Customs generally prefers that shipments be coordinated through an FFL when appropriate.

Sending a gun case may result in a $30 return fee, as described in the Custom Work ordering instructions.

Additional information is available on our Shipping & Returns page.

5. Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products and services they request are lawful in their jurisdiction.

Certain firearm products, components, or services may be restricted by applicable federal, state, or local laws.

Shogun Customs may decline, cancel, or request changes to an order when necessary to comply with applicable laws or operational requirements.

6. Processing and Completion Times

Customization work requires individual attention, and completion times may vary depending on project complexity, workload, material availability, and other circumstances.

Any estimated lead time is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date unless Shogun Customs expressly agrees otherwise.

Customers will be contacted when additional information or action is required.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Order Issues

Returns, cancellations, and other order concerns are handled according to the applicable Shipping & Returns policy and the circumstances of the purchase or customization project.

Custom services and personalized products may require special consideration once work has begun.

Customers should contact Shogun Customs as soon as possible regarding cancellation requests, order discrepancies, damaged items, or other concerns.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Customer-Provided Components

Customers are responsible for accurately describing the firearms and components submitted for customization.

Shogun Customs may inspect customer-provided items to determine whether the requested services can be completed.

If compatibility, condition, or safety concerns arise, Shogun Customs may contact the customer to discuss the available options before proceeding.

9. Website Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability information accurate.

Product photographs may illustrate previous customization work and may not represent the customer's exact selected configuration.

Website content may be updated without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Shogun Customs' original website content, branding, graphics, photographs, and design materials are owned by Shogun Customs or used with permission.

They may not be reproduced or used commercially without appropriate authorization.

11. Privacy

Information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

Shogun Customs may update these Terms & Conditions as business practices, services, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
