SLIDE MILLING
- What are lead times for slide milling?
- For single color cerakote, lead time is generally around 6 weeks.
- If you are wanting a camo, lead times can be extended by a few weeks.
- For 2 tone DLC or PVD finishes, lead times are around 10 weeks.
- For single color cerakote, lead time is generally around 6 weeks.
- Can I send in my slide for your Shogun design?
- Yes. However, this option is restricted to cerakote only. We cannot apply our 2 tone DLC or PVD finishes to factory glock slides.
- Can I buy a slide directly from Shogun Customs?
- Yes. There are no restricitons for this option as far as coatings go. We can cerakote them or we can apply the 2 tone DLC or PVD coatings.
- Do I need an adapter plate with your RMR optic cuts?
- Our RMR optic cut is a direct mount posts system that does not require, and is not compatible with any adapter plates.
- Can you cut any optic footprint?
- To our knowledge, there are no footprints out there that we cannot cut for. You will see a list of optic footprints we offer on the slide milling page.
- Do you stock your 2 tone slides?
- At this moment, no, we don't. Our 2 tone finishes are pre order only. The only way to get our 2 tone slides is to place an order and get in on the next batch.
SLIDE MILLING - POST ORDER PROCESS
- What happens after I place my order?
- If you selected "Customer Provided Slide," then we will contact you within 2 days to give you shipping instrucitons.
- If you selected "Shogun Customs Provided Slide," then please defer to the lead times up above.
STIPPLING
- Does the package I choose determine the lead time?
- Yes. Please inquire with us on what the current lead time is.
- What is the difference between your stipple packages?
- First, the package is not determined by the texture. Any texture can go on any package. What determines the packages are the modifications they come with. Each package has a thumbnail image that shows what mods come with it. You can also read the product desciption to see what your particular gen and model with come with.

- Do you offer complete trigger systems?
- Yes we do. We are proud to offer the option of pairing our F1 shoe with Tactical Pontoon trigger systems.
- What gens and models does the F1 shoe fit?
- Our F1 shoe fits all gens and all models of Glocks.
READY TO SHIP STIPPLED FRAMES
- Do you have any ready to ship stippled frames?
- If you don't see the "add to cart" option, then, no we don't.
OEM FRAMES
- Do you have any OEM frames in stock?
- If you don't see the "add to cart" option, then, no we don't.
NEW GLOCK POLYMER
- Glock has changed their polymer. If you have a frame that is dated to around March of 2024, we cannot laser them. This means that we can't do our Hybrid package or laser our logo on it. There is no visual way of knowing if you have the new polymer or not. The only way to find out is for us to start sanding your frame. If the polymer stays Black, then you have the original polymer and there are no limitatinos on what we can do to it. If the polymer turns Brown when we sand it, then we can not laser it.
