- Save your own copy so that you can edit, and download it to your computer. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST ACCESS TO EDIT. I WILL GET FLOODED WITH EMAILS. ONCE YOU OPEN THE LINK AND DOCUMENT AS A "VIEWER," YOU JUST NEED TO SAVE YOUR OWN COPY. THEN YOU CAN EDIT YOUR PERSONAL COPY.
- Now go to any Shogun product that you want to order
- You'll see an option at the bottom of the product page to upload your AB1263 form
- Select all the options you want for your product, and then upload the form to complete your order
- Once we see that everything is done correctly, we will process your order
- If there are any issues with your order, we will be in touch
